Added "view offline" export utility . This utility allows you to export online CourseCast recordings to an offline format. It can then be played from disk or burned onto any portable media (CD or DVD). See this page for more details.

Added Transcription / Closed Captioning support (only available with a support contract) . CourseCast allows you to request transcriptions for recorded lectures. Panopto is currently partnered with Automatic Sync Technologies (http://www.automaticsync.com/). Once the request is made from your CourseCast server to have a lecture transcribed, it’s sent over to AST and after a few days it will be fully transcribed and integrated into the viewer (Captions tab). See below for a screenshot (note: the below screenshot is an audio and PowerPoint only recording)
