Failed to generate slide images on Status page
This can be caused by two things. If PowerPoint 2003 is installed on the CourseCast web server, you will receive this message. PowerPoint must be 2007 installed for PowerPoint slides to process properly.
This can also be caused if a PowerPoint 2007 only installation is done. Make sure that all "Office Tools" and "Office Shared Features" were selected during the Office 2007 installation process.
